A bright passion sparked when I combined
logistics and love
while planning my wedding.
Now, I use that passion to help couples plan their perfect day.
My faith primarily drives my love for wedding planning and coordinating. I consider it an honor to walk alongside couples as they prepare to enter into union with one another and God. I truly enjoy using my talents to support those getting married so they may focus on the special season engagement is.
I’ve always had the unique ability to both vision cast and define details, and I find that this makes me an extraordinary asset to couples planning weddings. My organizational skills, combined with empathy, thoughtfulness, and a knack for logistics, allows me to create wedding day plans that are both incredibly detailed yet completely hands-off for the couple.
I grew up in Connecticut and moved down “south” to attend the University of Richmond. During my years as an undergrad, I fell in love with the city and decided to stay. I began attending a church, where I became friends with my husband, Dorrall.
He proposed in May 2021, and we got married in January 2022. I loved the planning process, and wanted to know more. Dorrall connected me with an extraordinary planner in Charlottesville and after a few months of assisting her, I started Perfect Detail Planning. On weekends I don’t have PD weddings, you’ll find me assisting, and learning from, her.
Why perfect detail?
The combination of my creative mind, attention to detail, and love of logistics sets me apart. It’s not just a beautiful event design that makes a wedding perfect for a couple; I believe the beauty and peace of a wedding day come from its details. I aim to find and execute every perfect detail in order to make your wedding day both feel uniquely you and run smoothly.
